Controller disconnecting

This is the second time I am writing about this because you still haven't fixed this small **bleep**ing issue. My controller disconnects mid game from no-where, I can still control it in the pause menu but when I try to control my players they wont move or anything. HOW HARD CAN IT BE TO FIX THIS ISSUE!!?!??!?!?!? THIS GAME IS JUST A PIECE OF TRASH. Happened in Champions as well while I was leading the game and about to win. GIVE ME SOME COMPENSATION. Second time my game just **bleep**s me over in Champions, two games I should have won but just loses cause the game is **bleep**. Give me the packs I'm supposed to get please.
