DISCONECT on pc - cant obtain cosmetic for upcoming event

So, as almost 90% of pc players, the past 3 or 4 days i have been disconected from online matches (rivals, rush and champs) even when im winning.
i tried the stupid solutions of deleting folders and all that crap, didnt work for me.

What i want to know, is what are you EA going to do to rivals that i couldnt do the 30points, what are you gonna do to the champs i could not play, and the upcoming champs event that i wont be able to play since i cant get the objetive for the cosmetic to unlock the event?

ea play pro costs a fortune!! why did i pay if i cannot play?

Yeah I can't play and want my would-be rewards compensated. This is ridiculous.

still having same issue can be winning a game 2-0 first 20 min and get disconnected even losing rivals points sometimes.

Same happening for me for the past 2 days, I keep getting disconnected when I am winning by 3 or 4 goals most times. I’m not getting any rivals points or champs qualification. EA FIX IT!!!

the fix did not fix for everyone.
still random disconnects
and we still await for a word about COMPENSATION for not being able to play for 1 week, leading to:
no champs played
no champs qualification points able to aquire
no rivals weekly points being able to aquire
no gauntlet played
no champs cosmetic objective.
