Disconnected from the ultimate pro tournament final

Context: I was winning 3-1 in the final and I was disconnected at the 85th minute

Basically been trying for the past 2 hours to report this and nothing is working. I had submitted error footage to EA and it's not in my cases. Can't find any option to speak to the live chat, been looking for ages so might as well submit it here. How can you even report something to these lot anymore??? What's the point playing the game if you can't even get compensation for something that should be so simple and easy to prove. Have images and the video below.
