EA connection quality report

Hi! My ea connection quality report thing does not work. I created thread about it here 15 days ago. No reply from ea. I took any possible advice and tried everything. In fc 25 I had that option without problems. Win 11 64 bit pro with all updates, all drivers updated, fast fiber connection. I restarted my router, checked region in ea account settings, I have share data option checked in online settings. I play on PC. Today just for test I cheked show ping in game option. And it was weird - never have seen this before- in rush match in was allways 0. So maybe its related to issue with ea connection quality report staff not working.

    EA_Aljo​ Listen, I have no any problems with my ISP and connection in general. I have static ip adress, wired fiber connection, 1 Gbps. Why are you silent? As a customer I have right for proper support. An important feature that should work is not working. You are responsible for providing all support to resolve this issue. This issue is clearly on your end.

    Still waiting for an answer to my last question.

    What mode(s) are you playing? The CQR doesn't record games for all of them.

    Hey all, if seeing this issue can you ensure that you have enabled Share Usage Data enabled in Privacy Settings and then try it again to see what happens.

    EA_Aljo​ Oh, yes, sure. I play mostly rush and rivals, modes in which CQR has been worked in fc 25 propely. And EA_Darko​, ofc I have enabled Share Usage Data in privacy settings.

    I encountered the same problem. Most likely, EA changed their data processing routes or Ukrainian internet providers.
