Ea fc 26 game lag after first half
Hello EA Support Team,
I am reporting a consistent performance issue in FC 26. The game runs fine initially, but I experience heavy gameplay lag and stuttering specifically after the first half of the match or a few minutes into the gameplay.
My Details:
- Platform: PC (Steam)

- Game Mode: Ultimate Team / Career Mode / Kick-off
Summary of the issue:
The gameplay starts smoothly, but as the match progresses, especially after halftime, the frame rate drops and I experience significant input delay. I have noticed random GPU usage spikes during these periods which makes the game unplayable.
Steps I have already tried:
- Cleared Shader Cache: I have completely removed the Nvidia DXCache and GLCache files and rebuilt them, but the issue persists.
- Disk Cleanup: Performed Windows Disk Cleanup for DirectX Shader Cache.
- Driver Check: My GPU drivers are updated.
- Hardware: Using a Lenovo IdeaPad Gaming 3 (GTX 1650).
