The people I've contacted through EA Help regarding the game's crashing and freezing issues are sending me the same email every other day instead of resolving my issue.
Stop acting like you don't care.
I've followed all the steps outlined in Sony support, but the game still won't work. Is there a solution? Please help. I spent a lot of money on this game.
They aren’t acting like they don’t care - they literally don’t care lol. Idiots like me and you have handed over our money without learning our lesson YET AGAIN and now we’re surprised EA treats us like the idiots we are. We pay for a broken game and line EA’s pocket to the tune of millions and delude ourselves into thinking they care even one tiny modicum about their player base. They don’t care if we stop playing. They don’t care if we stop spending money. Plenty more idiots like me and you who will keep throwing money at this absolute shambles of a game because there’s no true competition.
