EA Sports FC 26 Ultimate Edition won’t launch – returns to EA App with no error

Hello,

I am unable to launch EA Sports FC 26 Ultimate Edition on my PC. When I click Play in the EA App, the loading bar completes, but instead of the game starting, I am returned back to the EA App with no error message.

My system specifications:

CPU: Intel Core i5-11400H
GPU: NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3050 Laptop GPU
RAM: 16 GB
OS: Windows 11 64-bit

What I have already tried:

Updated NVIDIA drivers (clean installation)
Reinstalled and repaired EA Anti-Cheat
Verified and repaired game files in EA App
Cleared EA App cache
Ran EA App and game as administrator
Disabled overlays (Discord, GeForce Experience)
Tested with -dx11 and -dx12 launch options
Clean boot of Windows
Reinstalled EA App

Unfortunately, the problem persists.

It seems that the game process is started but immediately closed due to failed authentication with EA services.

Can you please investigate this issue and help me fix my account/session so that I can launch the game?
