EAFC UT Not Working. Wasted Money

Ive been struggling to even get on UT because the game takes soo long to load it . When it finally does the game boots me out saying UT is not working rn try again later. Then i see youtubers playing hasle free while i cant even load UT. Its not My PS5 this PS5 is 6 days OLD . im soo mad nobody is doing anything about it .im considering reporting this as fraud on my credit card
