Extreme Lag

Every time I get on my game, is fine, no lag, nothing, everything works. This is just in the normal multiplier clubs without my team. If I try to play a second game, it lags so much like unplay unplayable. I've had to close the game and reopen it every time so I could play a game again. This also happens when I play clubs with friends; it lags so much. I've played FIFA for years now, and this is the first time this has happened to me. Is there something I'm missing, and an easy fix? I haven't been able to play clubs with my team yet.

This is the only time this has happened to me. I've tried everything, nothing works!!!!
