I am having the same issue for more than a month now and EA haven't found a solution yet. In the beginning there were only a few of us with this issue, but I see with every update there are more people affected. What I am doing the past month to play is this: try connecting to the game trough USB tethering on your mobile phone (make sure your mobile data is on not your WI FI). Start the game while on your mobile phone network connected. When you get to the main menu, don't enter UT, disconnect your phone first. Sometimes it will disconnect you from servers but don't worry, just reconnect again and it will work. Then enter UT and play normally. It's the only thing that works for me
