FC 26 crashing mid-match on Xbox Series S — Still ignored by EA

This issue has been present since launch, and despite being reported repeatedly, EA has yet to provide any meaningful response or fix, which is frankly unacceptable.
On Xbox Series S, FC 26 consistently freezes for 2–3 seconds during matches and then crashes to the Xbox home screen, usually during the second or third match. When the game is reopened, the match is automatically counted as a loss due to disconnection, even though the crash is caused by the game itself—not the player’s connection or hardware.
I have contacted EA Support multiple times, followed all suggested troubleshooting steps, and monitored community reports, yet nothing has changed. This issue has been affecting players for far too long, and the continued lack of acknowledgment makes it feel like it’s being ignored entirely. For a paid, competitive title, this is ridiculous and severely damages the gameplay experience.
If you are also experiencing this problem, please reply and confirm so we can demonstrate that this is not an isolated case. The more visibility this gets, the harder it is to ignore. If anyone has found a workaround, please share it—but ultimately, this requires an official fix from EA.
EA, this issue needs to be acknowledged and addressed immediately.
