Fc 26 frequent lags and fps drops

I played FC 25 with no problem with lags and it ran very smooth with my PC system requirement exceeding the minimum requirement of the game

16GB RAM

2TB 

CORE i5 10gen 10300U

GTX 1650Ti

but suddenly with FC 26 it abysmal sometimes it does not lag and runs smoothly then all of a sudden the lags become more frequent its as if the system is trying to adapt to the games shaders and pixels even when it’s not lagging and I try to play pro clubs I experience input delays when trying to move or control my players it just shows how inconsistent EA is when developing their games right now i need a refund back
