FC 26 is unplayable on PC

The game is so bad on PC. I dont have the best PC, but not even the worst. I played FC25 without any problems. 
This year is something different. Almost every half time pause makes my game crash, or tearing, or blocks my Fps to 5 without any chance to get them back to 60-90-140 etc, only if I close the game. 
Every time I see that the GPU usage is blocked at 100% that makes the tearing. I dont have a problem before the half time. EVERYTIME AFTER HALF TIME. 
I tried Full screen, Borderline, Windowed. I tried V-sync ON and OFF, fps from 30 to unlimited. 
The drivers are at the last update, I just cleaned the laptop 2 weeks ago hoping that was the issue ( getting too hot? ). I tried every setting possible on Google, Reddit, EA Forum, Tiktok, Facebook, Twitter, everything. Unnistall and reinstall the Anti-Cheat and the game. Running the game as Administrator. EVERYTHING.

The connection is awful, last year i could play on 28-32 ms, now Im playing on 45+ ms. Im connected to the Frankfurt server, while Im playing in Est Europe, in Romania. I should connect to the server from Poland, that is closer. I dont understand how 1.200 KM is bigger than 1.600KM distance. Playing on cable too. 

I got no problems with the Gameplay, I enjoy the new defending, the way the passing is better. BUT Connection and Display problems make me close the game forever.
