I honestly don’t know what to say anymore. Once again, I can’t play FC 26 because the ping spikes make the game literally unplayable.
I bought the Ultimate Edition to enjoy the game early and competitively, but right now that’s impossible. One match runs smoothly, and the next one is full of delay and huge lag spikes.
And no — this is not a “peak time” issue. The problem happens in the morning, afternoon, and evening.
For example, today I couldn’t play at all in the morning, had three matches without any issues in the afternoon, and now the same problem is back again. At this very moment, it’s happening again and the game is unplayable.
EA must guarantee fair conditions for everyone. It’s not acceptable that some players get a stable, low ping while others constantly deal with unstable connections and massive spikes. This is especially frustrating in competitive modes where timing and reactions decide the outcome of the match.
This issue has existed for years, and we’re still dealing with it in FC 26.
Ping spikes up to 1000 ms are not just “lag” — they make the game completely unplayable and destroy the experience.
I paid extra for the Ultimate Edition and I expect to be able to actually enjoy the game like everyone else.
EA needs to address this routing and server issue properly and make sure all players have the same basic gameplay conditions.
EA, please escalate this to your network and infrastructure team and provide a clear statement or ticket/case ID. This is not an isolated problem — many players are affected.
