Fc menu Loading lag! Sbc loading lag etc. Please help

Hi,

I’ve been playing on ps5 pro. The menu screen lags after an input. And also in sbc when finding a player or just overall lag and takes around 4/5minutes to complete the input, like when you click club on a sbc challenge and to load your club payers, it takes 4/5mins. I’ve taken a screenshot for reference. The icon at the potter just is in constant load. Please help.

my internet is over 1gb download. And upload 100mbps. Cat 8 Ethernet wired connection.
