FC26- FPS dropping to 5-7 when game starts.

Please, please, can someone help me. 

I purchased the game and had this problem immediately, and its now been going on for weeks. 

When i first load the game up, my FPS is solid (It can range from 60-123 for example) it runs perfectly. All the menus work great, it runs so smooth and everything is as you would expect. 

Then, when i go to play a game/match, before it loads up the intro to the game (while the screen is black)  I can see the FPS just plummet. It drops from (lets say) 65 to 45 to 33 to 22 and then into the single figures and usually stops at the 5 FPS mark. The game then loads up and its stuttering, lagging everything!

Now, I have had times where this isn't the case and I thought whatever change I have tried has worked. I have played the game on the lowest settings, all the way up to ULTRA for everything, and it his ran like a dream, but not to far down the line, I am back to the same issue!

I have read countless forums, reddit posts, watched online videos and nothing has worked! I can't be the only one who is seeing this?

Please can anyone help me?
