Community ManagerHey there. Thanks for reaching out. Let's make sure you completely remove the game from your PC. Follow the instructions in this guide for uninstalling games and the EA App.
Next, delete the game's folders if they still exist under. By default, that's under C:\Program Files\EA Games\[NAME OF GAME]. Also, delete the folder in the Documents directory. For example, C:\Users\[YOUR NAME]\Documents\EA SPORTS FC 26
You also should delete the AppData folders from %LOCALAPPDATA%\[NAME OF GAME] and %APPDATA%\[NAME OF GAME]
There are some games that store data in %LOCALAPPDATA%\Electronic Arts and %PROGRAMDATA%\Electronic Arts
Clear the EA App cache as well. Instructions for that can be found in this article for EA App support.
