Game crashing and very slow

Question

This is beyond ridiculous at this point. We spent so much money buying this game and getting points but the game is so so slow. It never loads into anything. Ulitmate team, even main menu. I’m on PS5 and i can assure you guys that I’m not the only person going through this. Its putting me off playing this game for good. I cant even play rivals because it either doesnt even load into my squad or a game, and when i do get into a game after few mins it’ll kick me out and say online connection lost. My internet connection is absolutely fine, matter of fact i have got LAN cable on with 500 speed.
THIS NEEDS TO BE FIXED AS SOON AS , IT HAS BEEN LIKE THIS FOR A WHOLE WEEK!!!

This has been raised and ignored multiple times mate. Community manager taggedEA_Aljo​ time and time and again and no response. This is a game breaking issue and no one is helping.&nbsp;

Hello. We've seen other reports from PS5 players on the Sky ISP that are having this issue. This is currently being investigated. You're also welcome to run the Connection Quality Report so we can see if there are any issues with your connection. Just get me a screenshot of the results. Thanks!

As with the others I’m on Sky, the workaround doesn’t work eventually you get the same issues. This is incredible that this is even a thing.&nbsp;RogLaBelleSkyPS5 Pro
