Game is unplayable

I can not play any game mode. I have FC 26 though ea app on pc and everything was fine untill about a month ago. Whenever I play any game mode I get the same outcome. The game plays in slow motion, I input any action and 10 seconds later the actions is acted out. The game is unplayable. It's like playing a game on 1 FPS. All my graphics settings are on the lowest option, my drivers and device is up to date, I have repaired game files, uninstalled and reinstalled the game countless times, and nothing helps. There is no issue with my connection as I have consistently around 20 ping and still get the issues in offline game modes. I even get the issue in the menus where I attempt to navigate and have to wait 10 seconds for anything to happen. My device has specs to run the game with no issues, as I did on launch.
