Glitch in UT

Every time I start a session after a long period of inactivity and try to play a cup — for example the Silver Sterling Cup, which only gives 5 entries per tournament — the first game loads fine, but as soon as it starts, it crashes and gives me a connectivity error, kicking me out of the UT platform. After that, I can play the rest of the games without any issues.

The problem is that it still counts one of my entries and penalizes my coin rewards per game, as if I quit on purpose. The first time it happened I thought it was actually my connection, but this has been happening consistently for the past 4–5 days. Has anyone experienced the same issue?
