Help

On Xbox - I am an ea play member.  I have bought the ultimate edition TWICE at this point.  I’m unable to start playing.  I feel like I’m whining, but anyone running into this issue?  See picture for reference.  Start menu is not showing ultimate team -  I’m just trying to get on ultimate team lol.  I’ve already deleted and reinstalled the game but I keep getting the same screen.
