Horrible game

I got the game thinking the bugs were fixed from last year. My game is super delayed nothing I do fixes it players are running in slow motion like .25x and I can’t play controller on pc because the controls don’t work. When is this issue getting resolved because paying extra for early release was pointless if I can’t play the **bleep**ing game
