In clubs mode, league and rush matches play at 0.5x speed

There are no issues in Ultimate and Normal matches, but in Clubs mode, my game is half as slow as my friends'. While I'm at the 10th minute, my friends' game is at the 20th minute. I've seen many people experiencing this issue, but the HUGE EA staff haven't been able to provide any explanation or solution. Many people have found their own solutions (screen resolution, FPS changes, etc.).

PLEASE FIND A SOLUTION TO THIS. PC GAMERS ARE NOT IDIOTIC. LAPTOPS, DESKTOPS, WIFI, OR LAN CONNECTIONS DON'T MAKE ANY IMPORTANT IMPORTANT IMPORTANT IMPORTANT. THIS PROBLEM EXPERIENCES MANY DIFFERENT PARTS.
