Input delay and stutters. (FOR 4 MONTHS)

Hi guys. I've been writing about input delays and stutters about for months. Nothing fixed and seems like problems are forgotten (ignored). Do you plan to fix them or are you going to keep ignoring or ban me for writing about it? I am trying to play your broken game since november. It's been 4 months since I payed for it and I couldn't play it smoothly even once.
