Input lag on pc temporary fix ( for me atleast )
After spending almost 4 days on this issue i have decided to do some random setting changes , its no point for me to write down my hardware beacause its not a hardware issue but i have found myself a temporary fix for the crazy input lag ( like 2-8 seconds depands how long you stay in the game for ) and for the 5 fps bug that locks your game to around 5-10 fps.
For the Nvidia control panel settings im going to be focusing on the main points(IN EA FC 26 PROGRAM SETTINGS):
Low latency mode : Ultra
Max frame rate: 60 FPS
Power managment mode : max performance
Refresh rate : highest available
Vsync: ON
INGAME : I have everything set to LOW on graphics tab , 120 hz ,1980p, 60 fps(IMPORTANT), vsync off
Yes in Nvidia i have vsync on but idk somehow it works if i disable vsync in game
For me setting the ingame fps lock and nvidia fps lock to 60 FPS resolved the input lag problem someway . The game doesnt run perfectly but atleast still playable , i still get around 0.5 sec input lag but I couldnt figure that out yet ( if anyone can help me pls send a message or a comment)
with the 5 fps problem which i get everytime I start the game and enter UT, I just start a moments game i play 5 seconds ,then I open a different game the FC ( in my case its among us ) ,until i reach the menus in the other game , when i reach the menus i quit that game and go back to FC , then i play another 5 seconds in the same moments game , and after all this I leave UT and when I re enter UT I have it fixed.
Dont ask me about I dont know how any of this work for me but it kinda didnt and until the next patch now my game is atleast playable .
I hope I could help atleast a person with this so to say FIX but remember this game is trash dont spend money on it , Pc players are neglected in this community thats the reason i quit last year aswell . I have spent more hours trying to fix the game than actually playing it so EA employees listen up and fix your game. For further questions send me a message and i'll try to help :)))
