[PC] Severe Frame Pacing Issues – Gameplay Feels Like 15 FPS Since Launch
Hi,
Since the latest update, the main menu performance is finally smooth, but the actual gameplay still feels broken.
My specs:
CPU: i5-6600K
GPU: GTX 1650
RAM: 16 GB
OS: Windows 10 (latest build)
What happens:
- The menu GPU usage is now normal.
- But once a match starts, the game feels like 15 FPS — the motion is stuttery and sluggish, even though the FPS counter shows much higher numbers.
- Sometimes the game also completely freezes mid-match.
What I’ve tried:
- Reinstalled EA AntiCheat
- Updated graphics drivers
- Cleared settings and cache folders
- Tried fullscreen / windowed fullscreen
- Turned V-Sync ON/OFF, disabled Dynamic Resolution
Notes:
- Frame pacing feels off — inconsistent frame delivery even at stable FPS.
- No issues in FC25 on the same setup and settings.

Please check this — many GTX 16-series users have experienced the same “15 FPS feeling” and random gameplay freezes since the game’s launch, not just after the latest patch.
