PC to PS5 crossplay not working?

Anyone other PC players unable to play with PS5 friends?

We've tried all the suggestions seen online (remove/add friend, disable and then enable crossplay, enable activity monitoring, etc.) and we still have the same error when attempting to create a party and play. 

We had no problems with the crossplay feature until approximately the end of September, since then we have been unable to play together. 

Can anyone share any light on this?
