[PC]Cutscenes and Set Piece lag and Frame drops (offline online every setting)

I play fc26 and the gameplay is smooth, although cutscenes and set pieces like penalties and corner kicks are lagging also causing frame drops which is hard for me to shoot the ball in the direction I want making my FC 26 experience hard and frustrating. After 1.40 title update, the game feels less smooth in set pieces of the game (kick off etc) and rivals is kinda a laggy mess (with the cutscenes not fully loading and frame dropping in every setting) on a pc with more than recommending settings. Well, I don't know, I was so happy with this game but now it gets me on my nerves. Please EA fix it, this bug is a pain in my @ss for a week now. My screenshot couldn't explain the whole frame drop catastrophe. My gpu cpu and ram combo is great, I don't know why its so unoptimised. My ps4 runs fc 26 better than my PC anymore. My pc specs are 16gb ram ddr4 3200mhz, Ryzen 5 5500 4.3GHz, RTX 3050 8GB and I use 1TB SSD for games and another 500gb SSD for Windows only (not HDD). Note: I have tried low, medium, high, ultra settings and it happens in every one of them like if it's also on low it's a game problem. I play at 1080p 180hz monitor, not a 4k one neither a 60hz one.
