[PC]Cutscenes and Set Piece lag and Frame drops (offline online every setting)

I play fc26 and the gameplay is smooth, although cutscenes and set pieces like penalties and corner kicks are lagging also causing frame drops which is hard for me to shoot the ball in the direction ...

EA PLEASE FIX THIS ASAP., THE GAME IS GOOD BUT WHY IT IS SO UNOPTIMISED ON PC. WHEN I BOUGHT IT BEFORE UPDATE 1.40, THE GAME WAS SMOOTH FOR ME AND NOW IT SHOWS THESE PROBLEMS ONLINE AND OFFLINE AND MY DRIVERS AND WINDOWS AND EVERYTHING ARE UPDATED, EVEN EA ANTIVIRUS.
