Poor performance - Very low FPS for no reason

Hello! I am writing this post because, I have EA FC 26 for PC, and when I enter Ultimate Team matches , it becomes unplayable as it does not exceed 10-20 FPS, also tending to consume a lot of CPU and memory, which should not happen. I have a 1650 GTX and an AMD Ryzen 5 3500 processor, so it meets the minimum requirements to run at least 120 FPS. I have tried lowering the graphics settings, changing resolutions, updating the graphics drivers, changing the graphics card settings, and nothing works. I can't find any possible solution anywhere or on any forum.

It should also be noted that EA FC is the only game that runs so poorly for me; all the others run smoothly and with their corresponding FPS. Is there any solution or patch coming soon to improve performance?

Same for me but It doesnt freeze at the start of the game but at the start of the second half

For me, it started well in the first half, and in the second half, it started freezing a lot. Unplayable in the second half. I have a GTX 1650 and an AMD Ryzen 5 3600X. I put all graphic settings on low and capped the game fps in the Nvidia control panel to 85. I even lowered the resolution to 720p, and I still experience the same issue.
