URGENT! Management team please help: Pro Clubs not working only for me.

Live chat agent suggested there is corruption in my pro clubs profile and I need it reset but they couldn’t do it so told me to post here. It’s been a couple days and every time I try going into clubs on PS5 it says “unable to connect to ea servers” but I am able to play ultimate team, seasons, and everything just not pro clubs. I went to live chat and they had me try multiple troubleshooting methods and nothing worked. He said to post in this forum so that someone higher up can reset my clubs profile. Can someone please help me? I just want to play pro clubs. Also will resetting my clubs profile delete my character? Thank you!
