ps5 menus freeze after any action

hello since the late november and early december upfate my main ea account has severe menu freezes after any action including submitting sbc squads slecting draft players and navigating menus such as store squad or drafts gameplay and matches run correct this is only a menu issue another ea account on the same ps5 works fine confirming this is account specific restarting the game temporarily fixes the issue but freezes return after any action the problem affects all menu heavy heavy modes not just sbcs or drafts i request an account level backend invistigation and a backend resynchronization or account refresh this issue makes the game functionally unplayable
