Purchased on Steam – Severe Performance Issues and Connection Failures

I’m experiencing major issues with my copy of EA Sports FC 26 purchased through Steam. The game runs extremely slowly, frequently crashes, and often disconnects both during gameplay and in menus. These issues occur across all modes including offline content and make the game nearly unplayable.

After extensive troubleshooting (verifying game files, updating drivers, reinstalling, testing internet connection, and adjusting settings), I’ve determined that the problem seems to be related to the fact that the game was purchased and launched via Steam. I’ve seen reports of better performance when the game is run directly through the EA App, but since my copy is tied to Steam, I’m unable to switch over.

Could you please help resolve this issue or transfer my license to run directly through the EA App? I’d appreciate any assistance or next steps you can provide.
