random FPS drops on EA SPORTS FC 26

hello everyone!

im having this weird problem LATELY.

im having random FPS drops for no reason? the first 2-3 weeks were fantastic, no issues at all, but suddenly one day im having this FPS drops, my game can run smoothly for a few minutes until it randomly wants to drop on FPS, or when theres a cinematic, for example: when theres a corner, celebartion, opening packs, and more.. this is really weird and thats my first time having this type of issue, im willing to do everything to fix this.. this has been going on with my FC 26 for over 2 weeks and its just unplayble.. does anyone know how to fix this?
