Recurring Freezing and Disconnections in FC26 After Latest Update

I am writing to report a recurring issue I have been experiencing in FC26. During online matches, my game suddenly freezes and, after a short while, disconnects completely.

This issue occurs in all online modes that I play (such as Rivals, Champions, and other online modes). However, when I play Squad Battles, the game runs normally without any freezing or disconnections.

The problem started after the latest update, which was approximately 1 GB in size and released on 22.1.2026 . Prior to this update, I did not experience these issues. I have already checked my internet connection, and it is working perfectly fine. All other online services and games function normally. I am using a wired (Ethernet) connection, not Wi-Fi.

I would appreciate it if you could look into this matter, as it is significantly affecting my online gameplay experience.
