Repeated disconnects makes the game UNPLAYABLE AND ITS NOT MY FAULT.
I am struggling to a get a match with REAL people on rivals, at any and all times during the day. I play on PC and my region is south east Asia. This started 3 days ago. Once I do get a match it’s with different bots (I’m assuming) but they all have the exact same team ( stanisic in GK), their usernames would be randomized , and the match would start only for the it to end 5 seconds later. This was not the biggest problem in the world, mild frustration at worst, but today the results of disconnects have changed and now whenever it happens I am kicked out of ultimate team and have resulted with me taking losses, dropping down in ranks and my DNF reduced as I log back in. It’s insane because if I do play it is taken as a loss because of this glitch. I initially thought a solution would be to block them but it still persists. This is tragic, I haven’t played ultimate team since FIFA 22 and this is not fair. I have reported them but I do not believe they are bots, rather this is EA messing up in matchmaking. I literally had one match left to get to Div 1 and this nonsensical glitch from your end has sent me nearly all the way to the middle of division 2. On my end I’ve done the connectivity score you provide and I got a 98/100, so it’s definitely not my fault. Just now I checked if this is only a rivals issue and I played rush, and voila, as soon as the match ended I didn’t get my reward and I got kicked out of ultimate team. I have attached a list of the “accounts” to this wherein I know they are not real and it’s all from your end, and to further salt the wound I’ve reported them but since they aren’t real it’s not like anything would happen to them. And thank GOD this didn’t happen during FUT Champs.
Idk how I managed to stop playing Ultimate Team after FIFA 22, but boy has these past 3 days been a strong case for me to realize I made the right decision to have stayed away for so long.
Fix my DNF, remunerate my account, restore my rank and FIX THIS ISSUE.
