Severe input delay and frame drops after set pieces/goals and/or half time

It is almost January and the game is still filled with input delay and frame drops (sometimes dropping to 5-10fps and staying there until I restart the game). These are not device spec issues, this is a game issue. Fix your glitch filled broken game. 

Every single time I score a goal, or play a corner or set piece, I get a 3 second input delay on my players for the next 10-15 seconds of gameplay, sometimes even longer than that. How is that even possible. How is the game so terribly optimized and developed that this is the standard gameplay experience for a fully released game that has been out for 4-5 months and is developed by a triple A company. I don't understand it.
