Signing In

I have had issues since the 13 of November , where when I played the gauntlet every time a match ends whether a win or a loss I get kicked out of ultimate team , 

as of the 14th of November after speaking to 3 advisors , I now can't log into ultimate team at all , it's been two days I get the same error 

and I have tried to log into ultimate team on various consoles and various wifis and still no luck. I am still able to log into the web app and companion app , and it allows me to play clubs and online friendlies fine ,

please assist
