SOLVED THE LAGGING AND FPS ISSUE FOR PC!!!!!

First, set the game to borderless from the settings, then enter the match in kick-off mode. If it still lags, pause the game and press alt+enter to switch the game to windowed mode. Then press alt+enter again to go back to full screen and exit the match. Then enter the match in kick-off mode again, that's it!
