Still missing fc points hours after purchase

You won’t believe this, they stole my money and then they deleted my comment and threatened to ban me when I talked about it. So I finally hear back from them but guess what? They have no update about my stolen money, they messaged me just to tell me I should remain silent. 

Have you heard anything back from these clowns? Insane that they are stealing from us

Waiting and ignoring us will not make us forget about our money. You will be seeing me making comments about it for the years to come.

Anything? Any kind of update or status that you can share with us? Or did you just steal our money with absolutely nothing to show for it? It’s been almost 3 months!!!

It is genuinely insane. I still have not received my points or my store fixed either. If they were gonna pretend there is no issue why did they admit there is a glitch in the first place. I won’t be buying the next FC for sure because if a company can just take your money like this why would I give them a cent. 

It's now been over 2! months since i purchased 12k EAFC points and did not receive them. Where is the resolution? Is this even being actively investigated anymore? This is crazy...

You really want a publicly accessible forum to be visible to people about you admitting a glitch exists that causes EA to take people’s money but not give them FC points without providing any bit of feedback about a fix? It’s been months now. Give us an update.
