THE CONNECTION TO THE CLOSEST SERVER IS BROKEN IN CLUBS
There have already been numerous reports of this issue, but you still haven't told us whether you're actually working on a fix (the only response we've gotten is that the problem is our connection, which is impossible given that it's an issue affecting many countries around the world). Even though you should already be aware of the problem by now, I'll reiterate it once again. Following the November 11 patch, patch 1.2.0, friendly matches in Clubs mode have started to have a serious problem: even when playing against clubs from your own country, you're mistakenly connected to the wrong server. (Example: I'm Italian, and when I play a friendly against another Italian club, we all get +20 ping more than we normally get in FUT, Rush, and other modes, and this didn't happen before patch 1.2.0.) As for Portugal, Italy, Spain, and other European countries, it seems like we're always connected to the Paris server for some reason. I REPEAT that this problem only affects friendlies, divisions, and playoffs played with your own club, while rush and drop-ins do not have this problem. This problem was already present in divisions and playoffs, but after patch 1.2.0, it started to occur in friendlies as well, which is significantly impacting the gaming experience for Clubs mode fans. We ask for an immediate response and timely technical intervention to resolve this issue, which has been ongoing for over a month. #SAVECLUBS
This is a post from a Brazilian user reporting the same problem and explaining it in more detail, check it out:
