Unable to connect to servers\laggy loading problems

I’m in AUS and still having these problems where I can’t even load past the screen after connecting to EA or the ultimate team inform screen. When I somehow do manage to work my way into the game the menus don’t load and I get kicked repeatedly with “unable to connect to ea servers please try again later”. Like what was the point in buying the ultimate edition if I am unable to play it? And most likely wont get compensated at all.
