Unable to play matches in any game mode on pc

i have installed fc 26 Yesterday on my laptop since im not home and i need to complete an Evolution which expires in just a few hours and every time in any game mode i try to load up a game everything is normal i queue up select kits and then the screen just goes black what do i do please i need to do this evo
