Why has this been resolved ea take no accountability for there action everything is auto declined and not check properly at all, My game has been banned I’ve been in an appeal multiple times and don’t believe it’s been looked at correctly at all, I’m so fed up with the waiting around and the lies I’ve done absolutely nothing to break the terms and policies that you hold, use are definitely not looking at my data correctly or at all you need to do further checks on my account, I submitted a appeal over 2 weeks ago now and still no update to that case the appeals made after this seem to be getting a auto decline due to the original case still undergoing investigation case number is Case #229491852 there’s been no update! I’ve spent a lot of money on this game this year and use have ruined my experience and I either want refund for all my in game purchases and also refund for the game itself, or to be unbanned as I’ve done literally nothing wrong, this needs to be lifted and looked at properly please!
