Unplayable game v4

Hello everyone. As I wroted  a few days ago, the game was experiencing an incredible lag problem that eventually became unplayable, so I deleted and reinstalled the game. I played the first two days without any problems (there was still lag on kick-offs and corners). But now the same problem persists. Especially in rivals mode (as well as other online modes), the game starts normally for the first 3 minutes (still, when you make a kick-off pass, the green bar at the bottom fills, but after about half a second the pass becomes delayed). After that, it becomes incredibly lag-free and becomes unplayable. I tried everything; my internet connection is good, the processor and graphics card in my computer are also good (I haven't had it maintained for a long time, but I was able to play the game normally to a certain extent, even if it was only 10% :)). I cleaned out unnecessary files on my computer. I'm not sure if it could be a problem with the controller, but the controller is wired, so there couldn't be a problem with it either(I also did change the controller to test if its the problem or not and end up coming it is not the problem . Moreover, there is now an like a slow motion issue in offline modes too. Cutscenes, players going to corners, etc. are very smooth, but after 5 minutes, the game starts to slow down. I've abandoned over 20 online games. And there will be no compensation for this, or how? Today i reinstall the game. I saw a reply to anothers customers problem which came from a contact guy so i will upload my dxdiag to this ticket lets see if you can help. This is the 3-4 times ive been uploading the same ticket and i havent got any positive feedback with my issue. I couldnt be the only guy who is struggling with the same case right?
