What the hell is going on

in the middle of a rivals game I suddenly couldn’t do any skill moves anymore and now I can’t to nothing in this joke game I can’t even press x in the menu anymore I closed the ps5 and started again but still can’t even PRESS X IN THE MENU what is going on why do I pay 100€ every year when the game is going worse every year
