everytime i go on the game it takes 78 years to load on and another 20 years to get on ultimate with 70% of the time just not letting me on and when i do get on i open a pack takes 5 minutes to just open it and then going into a game it takes like 5 minutes to show me their team before going into the game and half the time i just get kicked off before the match even starts it was never like this before and it’s been doing this for a few weeks now it’s so annoying
it’s like that for the entire game no matter what takes so long to load and half the time just doesn’t let me do anything on it
Community ManagerIt's good to know that the next-gen version works for you while the old-gen doesn't. Did you try the steps that I've already shared?
Also, just to double check, the first loading screen that takes along time is when you first start the game, yes? Do you have exceptional loading times for other modes afterwards as well, or only for UT?
saying years is sarcastic it just takes way to long about 20 minutes all the time never works at all where next gen works instantly it’s a disgrace

Sounds like quite a lot is going on here. Having to wait 98 years just to upon UT is a little beyond the usual.
We have an article with some steps to help against crashing and freezing that will hopefully help. Can I ask what troubleshooting steps you've already done, since you've been dealing with this for a few weeks already?
