Can't access transfer market

Today was my first day on FUT, I was grinding to unlock the transfer market. When I finally unlocked it, a message popped up saying I reached the limit for buy/bud and that I would have to wait 24 hours to access the transfer market. How is this possible when I never used the transfer market!!!????
