connecting to ultimate team is not possible at the moment

EA_QueenBee​ I have already tried deleting the game and re downloading it, it didn't solve anything and as for the troubleshooting steps I cleared the cache as mentioned and it also didn't do anything can you please look into my account :NOlLIMITM11 (PSN). Can you also please create a case of this on my account as i have been trying for the past 3 days to create one and it doesn't register or come on my cases section. i have also tried reaching out on X and have got no response.
