Defending is broken.

I get that they wanted to make defending manual to test players' skills, but that only works if you get the unstable connection under control. FIX YOUR SERVERS! If you can't figure out how to resolve the issues with users' ISPs, don't advertise this game as online play. Then we will all know not to waste our time and money.

It is impossible to defend. My players make late tackles. They don't follow offsides trap from the quick tactics (D-Pad). One player is either late pushing up, or continues running back. I've even tried switching to the furthest back player and moving him manually. He was frozen and didn't start to move until after the pass was made.

In addition, the unstable connection is ruining the dribbling and passing. My player is dribbling just fine. As soon as the defender starts to approach (from 20 feet away), he suddenly starts stumbling around like a drunk on New Year's Eve. I can't control the ball with L1, R1, or L2 dribbling. The game has already decided that I will lose the ball.

The passing isn't much better. I tap "X" to pass the ball and nothing happens. I tap it again and my CDM passes it to my ST, who passes it to my opponent's CB. My ST also receives passes like it was done with Powershot+. It bounces off of him and he has to chase it 3 feet back. This allows the defender to get into perfect blocking/tackling position.

If anyone has any solutions, I'm listening.
